JOHNNY CRISSTOPHER END OF CHEMOTHERAPY CELEBRATION
Yesterday, we had the great privilege of celebrating the Johnny Crisstopher end of chemotherapy treatments with his family. Stories like this are near and dear to our hearts at Critical Care Comics and we are so thankful to Criss Angel/Criss Angel HELP and Shaunyl Benson for giving us the opportunity to celebrate the Johnny Crisstopher end of chemotherapy with their family. Being able to celebrate that a child is cancer-free is always a fantastic, amazing, spectacular, and, dare we say, sensational moment that we can’t help but be a part of.
A local Las Vegas hero and good friend of ours, Captain Jack of Hearts, also helped make the Johnny Crisstopher end of chemotherapy celebration that much better for everyone. If you haven’t had the pleasure to watch him work, go to an event he’s at soon. You’ll walk away certain you met Johnny Depp. This was also our first event with our big blue Boy Scout, Superman! You’ll hear more on him in the future, we’re sure.
Johnny was also joined by Ryan Toys Review, thanks to Make-A-Wish Southern Nevada, who was a bundle of energy and joy himself! All-in-all, this was a fantastic experience we were happy to end our year on. Criss and his entire family were such welcoming and fun people. Whether it was sliding down the man-made snow hill with Batman and Robin or dancing with Iron Man, they made us feel so included in every bit of the party and we’ll be forever grateful for that. Congratulations on your big win, Johnny Crisstopher! From all of us at Critical Care Comics, you’re the real hero today.
